What is the key and how does it work?
The key is a simple, patented mechanism for carburation. It is attached to the bowl and allows you to clear the chamber by lifting the bowl away from the water pipe. This lets air flow directly into the waterpipe from the outside, bypassing the bowl and bringing fresh air into the chamber. The key enables one-handed use of our water pipe, with more control, and without touching the bowl.
Why is the mill better than a traditional grinder?
Our mill works in a fraction of the time of a traditional grinder. It will spin freely when it’s finished so that you don’t have to continually check to see if it’s done. Through our unique design, the mill creates a more consistent texture, and is threadless for easier access.
How does the wick holder work?
The wick holder is designed to be lit from the tealight. After lighting your bowl the wick holder will go out on its own when the flame reaches the glass guide, or you can pull the wick back into the glass guide to put out the flame right away. Replacement Raw brand 10 ft wick rolls can be purchased at your local shop, as well as online.
What is the capacity of the container?
The container can hold approximately 1/2 oz of product.

Why is an adult signature required?
This requirement protects you from theft and verifies you’ve received your Tea Set. Please track your order and be available for delivery.
How do I clean my set?
All pieces should be cleaned by hand. Porcelain pieces can be washed with a mild detergent, such as dish soap, or any cleaner you would use on a glass piece. The walnut components can be wiped with a damp cloth. Metal components can be cleaned with dish soap or isopropyl alcohol. Clean before every use for best experience.
